CB44 Bat Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

To register and use the CB44 Bat platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. These are not optional — they are conditions of access, and CB44 Bat actively enforces them.

CB44 Bat offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, and game-specific rewards. All bonuses are subject to the terms outlined in this section as well as any additional conditions stated at the time the bonus is offered.

CB44 Bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or a player's own request for self-exclusion.

If your CB44 Bat account is suspended, you will be notified by email or in-platform message. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or make withdrawals. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned.

If your account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, CB44 Bat reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. If the closure is at your own request or for reasons unrelated to misconduct, your real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard verification checks.
